SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

-What shipping service do you use? All domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking number. 

 -Do you ship to my country? Yes! I ship internationally except Brazil. Please email me for alternate payment options for Brazil.*


-How quickly do you ship after I’ve ordered?  Orders are shipped within 24 hours if the product is already on hand. And usually 1-12 business for prints ( I these myself as well ) from the time they are placed.  Pre-orders and timed releases are specified. 


-When will I receive my order? The time of arrival depends on location and shipping method... 


Domestic:
First Class (1-3 Business days)

Priority Mail (1-2 Days) Includes Insurance*

International:
First Class (7-21 Days)
Priority Mail (6-10 Days) Includes Insurance*
Priority Mail Express (3-5 Days) Includes Insurance*


 

-My Package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.


If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately there's nothing I can do. I always recommend asking your neighbors, roommates/family or doorman just in case they're holding the package for you. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by your postal carrier but they ultimately are not able to deliver it that day. In this case, the package is usually delivered within the next day or so. 
 
 

-My package is lost.

*COVID-19 Times *


Due to Covid-19, packages may arrive later than usual , so 3-5 days for regular USPs mail. And Usually longer than usual for International. Please check with your country’s customs to check/track for your package. Thank you so much for you patience, understanding, and support!


PRODUCTS 

I can't find a product in your store anymore. If an item disappears from the store, it means it has sold out and it's not coming back. 


WHERE DOES YOUR SUPPORT GO?

Every time you support a pin collaboration, the money is divided between both artists. It also goes towards paying for shipping and materials.


RETURNS 

All orders are final, so please read descriptions before purchasing. But email me at [email protected] and I'll try to help if I can. In the case of an exchange, you're responsible for extra shipping fees.
